Terms.
These terms are between you and the operator of bricsfinance.fun. By using the site or the protocol you accept them.
What this is
Brics Finance is software. It reads $BRICS holdings from public chains and, under a published policy, turns protocol revenue into assets and sends them to holders. It is not a bank, broker, fund, exchange or adviser. $BRICS is not a share in any company.
No advice
Not financial advice. This is informational only and not an offer or recommendation to buy any token or asset. Nothing here guarantees future value, utility, return, or availability. $BRICS is a volatile crypto asset and can go to zero. Payouts depend on fees and yield and can be zero. We may change the policy and will publish changes before they apply.
Your part
- You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign.
- You are responsible for whether you may hold $BRICS or any asset where you live, and for your taxes.
- Don’t use the service where it is unlawful, and don’t try to disrupt it.
Third parties
Assets are issued by third parties who can pause, freeze or seize them. Trades happen on third party venues. We are not responsible for what they do.
Liability
The software is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by blockchains, issuers, venues, RPC providers or your own wallet.
Law
Norwegian law applies. Contact hello@bricsfinance.fun.
