What we store

• Wallet addresses and their $BRICS balance history, read from public chains.
• What you sign: your Set, linked wallets and tower name, with the signed message.
• Deliveries to your wallet: asset, amount, value and transaction.
• One strictly necessary session cookie, brics_session, while you are signed in. It lasts 14 days.
• First party product events, such as a saved Set, tied to your holder id.

What we don’t

No names, emails, phone numbers, ID documents, advertising IDs or third party trackers. There is no cookie banner because there are no optional cookies.

What is public

Towers, tower names and each epoch’s payouts are public, because they let anyone check an epoch. Your Set decides your district in the City. Statements, linked wallets and delivery addresses are visible only to you.

Processors

Vercel hosts the site, Fly.io the API and Neon the database. Solana RPC providers and Jupiter receive the queries needed to run the protocol. Errors may go to Sentry without personal data.

Export and deletion

Your statement export has everything tied to your holder. Records on a public chain and settled epochs can’t be erased, because other holders rely on them. We can clear your tower name. Write to hello@bricsfinance.fun.

Law

Norwegian law applies. The operator of bricsfinance.fun is responsible for this processing.
